Is my order confirmed when I submit the form?

No. The form prepares a WhatsApp message with your details. Tap Send in WhatsApp, then wait for Lueur to confirm the design, price, date and booking arrangements.

What details should I include for a custom cake?

Tell us your occasion, required date, number of servings, preferred flavour, design and any dietary requests. Add the delivery address if you would like us to check delivery options.

Can I send a cake reference photo?

Yes. After opening the WhatsApp conversation, attach your reference images and explain the colours, theme and message you would like. We will discuss what is possible for your order.

How early should I enquire?

Enquire as early as possible for custom designs, weddings or larger orders. We do not promise a fixed lead time for every cake; confirm availability for your date directly with Lueur.
