Minu Reddy has always been a foodie at heart — someone who finds joy in flavours, textures, and the small moments of happiness that really good food can create. For years, she explored the food landscape across Bangalore, constantly searching for that one cake that would blow her away.
She kept coming up short. The cakes were either too sweet, too basic, or simply not made with the care and quality she knew was possible. She'd tasted enough to know the benchmark — and she knew Bangalore hadn't reached it yet.
So she decided to set that benchmark herself. In 2023, Minu founded Lueur Patisserie — a cloud kitchen built on a single conviction: that premium cakes should be accessible to every Bangalorean, not just those who can afford five-star hotel pastry counters.
The name "Lueur" is French for glow — that warm, unmistakable feeling you get when you eat something truly extraordinary. That's the experience Minu wants every single customer to walk away with. Whether it's a birthday cake, a cheesecake ordered on a quiet Sunday, or a custom creation for the most important day of someone's life.
Every recipe at Lueur is developed personally by Minu — tested, refined, and tasted obsessively until it's exactly right. From the Belgian chocolate sourced for the truffle cakes, to the three-milk soak in her signature Tres Leches, there are no shortcuts taken and no compromises made.

Lueur launched as a cloud kitchen from Doddakallasandra, Bangalore — with a small but carefully curated menu, an FSSAI license, and a mission to change how Bangalore thinks about cakes.
